Evelyn A. (Tryder) Robichaud of Reading, passed away on November 10, 2004 at her home. She was 84 years of age.
Born in Chelsea, Evelyn was a longtime resident of Reading. She was the daughter of the late William Tryder and Annie (Flavin) Tryder. Evelyn was a loving and gentle daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all. Evelyn had a passion for her family. They were her top priority in her life. She enjoyed spending her summers in Maine with them.
Evelyn was the beloved wife of the late Joseph W. Robichaud Sr. She was the devoted mother of Joseph W. Robichaud Jr. and his wife Mary of Quincy, Paul A. Robichaud and his wife Sally of Essex, Dr. Cheryl R. Kelly and her husband Dr. Laurence of Bedford, New Hampshire, William C. Robichaud and his wife Janet of Reading, James D. Robichaud and his wife Shari of Reading and the late Kathleen Marie Robichaud. She was the cherished grandmother of Joseph W. Robichaud III, Renee Bilunas, William C. Robichaud Jr., Christopher M. Robichaud, Nicole M. Robichaud, Laurence Kelly Jr., Sean Kelly, Alexandra Robichaud, and Victoria Robichaud and the loving great grandmother of Joseph, Megan and Kevin Robichaud. Evelyn was the dear sister of John Tryder of Chelsea, James Tryder of Reading, Anna Berner of Andover, Irene Griffith of East Boston, Robert Tryder of Reading and the late William Tryder of North Reading, Dorothy Brousseau of Chelsea and Mildred Diomede of Revere.
Funeral from the Joseph Doherty Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Saturday at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Athanasius Church 300 Haverhill St. Reading at 11am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Friday 4-8pm. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located behind Atlantic Supermarket on Haven St. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading.
