Fitzgerald, Frances M. Sullivan -Of Somerville, formerly of North Reading. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Fitzgerald. Mother of Daniel Fitzgerald and his wife Barbara of Somerville.  Grandmother of Casey and Daniel Fitzgerald Jr.  Daughter of the late Frank J. and Susan G. (Reilly) Sullivan. Sister of Kay Beaulieu of Waltham and the late Betty Parente and Agnes Moran. Loving aunt Frannie to many nieces and nephews.

Frances was a very caring and loving person.  She had a great sense of family.  She doted on Dan, Barbara and her beloved grandchildren, Casey and Danny.  Technically grandmother to two, but known to all, especially the Mastascusa, D'Angelo, McQuaid and Redmond Ave families as Nana Fitz.  Her sisters Kay, Agnes and Betty and their families were very dear to her as well.  Her nieces and nephews always held a very special place in her heart.  She was a very good friend to all who knew her.  She was there to provide rides to the grocery store or appointments.  The word "no" was not in her vocabulary if someone was in need of a ride.  Her summers always included a week or two in her favorite vacation spot, Ogunquit Maine.  Long summer days on the Footbridge beach are cherished memories for her family.  Frances also loved to shop.  Saturday schedules always included a trip to the mall for shopping and lunch. She will be missed by so many.

Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park St. and Rte. 28), NORTH READING, at Reading Line, on Jan 12th, at 10am. Funeral Mass in St. Theresa's Church, 63 Winter St., (Rte. 62), North Reading at 10:30am. Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home prior to the mass from 9-10am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation in Fran's name to a charity of your choice.
