Francis is the beloved husband of the late Gemma (Caratelli) Carino.  He is the devoted father of John Carino and his wife Fran, Sharon S. Searing and her late husband Eddie and the late James A. Carino and his surviving wife Kathy.  The cherished grandfather of Christine Venet and her husband Chris, Nicholas J. Carino Sr. and his wife Marissa, Frank J. Carino and his wife Katie, Peerless Elgin, IV, Francesca Williams and her husband Stephen, Ethan Elgin and his wife Berlin, Ryan J. Carino, William Carino, Julia Carino, Fallon Soye, Robert Soye, Christian Soye, Liam Soye & Quinton Soye, Francis is the doting great grandfather of Nicholas J. Carino Jr., Gianni J. Carino, Anthony J. Carino, Julianna G.
