Francis R. "Frank" of Windham, NH formerly of South Boston, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2009. He was 74 years of age.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts Frank was the loving son of the late Mary (Burke) Geary. Frank was a warm and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be sorely missed.
Frank was a member of the Eagles Club in Malden.
Frank was the beloved husband of 51 years to Eleanor (Vettese) Geary. He was the devoted father of Frani Sanford and her husband Scott of Stoneham, Paul Geary and his wife Kerrie of Los Angeles, CA and Ann Marie Frederick of Windham, NH. Also survived by four grandchildren, Deanna Usher and her husband Sayer of Chelmsford, Danielle Sanford of Stoneham, Jack and Jaelyn Geary both of Los Angeles, CA in addition to nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Friday from 4-8 pm in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM. Parking attendants will be available. A Funeral Mass Celebrating Francis' Life will be held on Saturday in St. Matthews Church, 2 Searles Rd., Windham, NH at 9 am. Interment New Plains Cemetery, Windham, NH. Please honor Francis with donations to St. Matthews Parish Building Fund, 2 Searles Rd., Windham, NH 03087.
