Francis C. Moriarty of Wilmington, January 14, 2013 at age 81. Beloved husband of the late Josephine (Cronin) Moriarty. Devoted father of Patrick Moriarty and his wife Maribeth of Norton, Agnes Mastropietro and her husband James of Wilmington, JoAnne Annunziata and her husband Victor of Stoneham and the late Michael and Walter Moriarty. Cherished grandfather of Michelle and Michael Mastropietro, Victor and Anthony Annunziata, Amanda and Meaghan Moriarty. Dear brother of the late Joseph Moriarty. Longtime friend of Gladys Womble of FL. Loving son of the late Clayton and Agnes (O'Boyle) Moriarty. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. US Navy Veteran, WWII.



Funeral from the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Thursday at 8:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Francis' Eternal Life in St. Dorothy's Church, 11 Harden St., Wilmington at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Wednesday from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and handicapped entrance are available. Interment with Military Honors will take place at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
