Prusik, Francis L. "Frank" Sr. -of North Reading, Dec.  27.  Beloved husband of the late Doris (Jutras). Father of Diane Wallace and her husband James of TX, Kathi Bakas and her husband Peter Jr. of North Reading, Deborah McMenimen and her husband William of Reading, Karen Lenehan and her husband Joseph of NH and Frank Jr. and his wife Lisa of North Reading. Son of the late Gregory and Anna (Swed) Prusik. Grandfather of Kelly, Robbie, Greg, Corey, Courtney, Kayla and Alyssa. Brother of Edmund Prusik and his wife Irene of Randolph, Helen Pasco of OH and the late Beatrice Lynch, Sabina Demers, Sophie Jason, Stella Buckley and Chester Prusik. Frank is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park St. and Rte. 28) NORTH READING on Tuesday Dec. 31 9:30am. Funeral Mass in St. Theresa's Church, 63 Winter St.(Rte 62) , North Reading at 10:30am. Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home Monday 4-8pm. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's name to a charity of your choice. Frank taught at Arlington High School for many years, a Fourth Degree Knight of the North Reading Knights of Columbus and was extremely involved in St. Theresa's Church in North Reading. Frank was also a member of the Men's Senior Golf League in North Reading and Men's Candle Pin Bowling League.
