Gaetano Anthony Dagresta

Gaetano Anthony D'Agesta of Stoneham, formerly of Somerville passed away Friday April 29, 2007 at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital. He was 78 years of age.
Born in East Boston, Gaetano was the son of the late Gaetano C. D'Agresta and Angelina (Dizzagmo) D'Agresta both of Italy. He loved gardening and his family. They were first and foremost in his life. He had a warm and caring smile that touched everyone who knew him.
Gaetano was a proud Veteran serving our Country in World War II.
Gaetano was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis (Falardo). He was the devoted father of Paul of Stoneham and John of Arlington. Gaetona was the dear brother of Elizabeth DiPanfilo of Revere, Dominic D'Agresta of Florida, and the late Jim D'Agresta and Angie Ondo.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Thursday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Gaetano's Life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 9am.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
