George V. Guida of Stoneham, formerly of Everett, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at The Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading. He was 69 years of age.
Born in Everett, George was the beloved son of the late Carmine Guida and Katherine (DiVenuti) Guida. George was a loving and caring son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all.
George was a dedicated Vice President for Broadway National Bank in Revere and Chelsea. He worked for New England Merchant Bank. He was an avid gardener and he also was an usher at the Boston Garden and Fleet Center.
George was the beloved husband of Diane (Dello Russo) Guida. He was the devoted father of George V. Guida Jr. of Japan, David Guida and his wife Whitney. George was the dear brother of Carmine Guida of Stoneham and the late Robert Guida.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Saturday at 8am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating George's life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 9am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Friday 4-8:30pm.
