Giuseppe Cantacesso

Giuseppe A. Cantacesso of Reading, formerly of Medford passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014. He was 73 years of age. Beloved husband of Maria (DiMascio) Cantacesso. Devoted father of Emia Bassi and her husband John, Ralph Cantacesso and his wife Stacey and David Cantacesso and his wife Natalie. Cherished grandfather of Daniela, Christian, Mia, Matthew & Sophia. Caring brother in law to Joseph DiMascio. Survived by one brother and 15 nieces and nephews all living in Italy. An avid gardener who loved his friends and family dearly. His desire to travel and see the world was only outdone by his zest and passion for life itself. Known as Pa by his children and Nonno Joe by his grandkids, he created endless, joyous memories with his family that will be cherished forever. He will be truly missed by all who were fortunate to have met and known him. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday, October 10th, 2014 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Giuseppe's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Thursday, October 9th, 2014 from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
