Grace C. (Foley) Hart of Stoneham, formerly of Woburn, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2006 after a brief illness at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. She was 93 years of age.
Born in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Ella (Carr) Foley. Grace was a warm and caring wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all.
Grace was a dedicated homemaker for many years. She was a graduate of St. Charles High School in Woburn. She was a member of the Stoneham Lions Club and was active at the Senior Center knitting class. Grace enjoyed quilting and going on luncheon trips at the Senior Center. She was a loving woman who will be remembered for her love and charm.
Grace was the beloved wife of the late John E. Hart. She was the devoted mother of Brenda Ward, Jack Hart Jr. and the late Richard Hart. Grace was the cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren and great grandmother of ten great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Thursday 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Grace's life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-7pm. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
