Joyce, Helen L. (Soulard) –Of Wakefield, May 22. Beloved wife of the late J. Lawrence "Larry" Joyce. Mother of Michael A. Joyce and his wife Georgia of NY and Robin M. Joyce and her wife Susan Freedman of Roslindale. Sister of the late Oscar, Arthur, Paul and Robert Soulard, Germaine Sherman, Corrine McDonald and Louise Hart. Grandmother of Nolen J. Joyce and step grandmother of Sydney and Tyler Fernandez. Helen is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family. A prayer service will be held in the Funeral Home on Wednesday May 25 ^th at 7:30pm. Relatives and friends may visit with the family in the funeral home on Wednesday from 5-7:30 pm. Interment will be private at Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen's name to St. Jude Hospital for Children, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1905 or Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Leukemia and Lymphoma Research Fund. Helen grew up in Malden and lived most her life in Reading. She and her late husband J. Lawrence "Larry" spent many a summer on the tennis courts of Meadow Brook Country Club. Helen was very active in the town of Reading and worked many years at Town Hall.
