Helen G. (Kiley) Maidrand of Stoneham, formerly of Melrose, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2012 at the Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading. She was 91 years of age.
Born in Melrose, Helen was the loving daughter of the late Robert and Mary Kiley. Helen was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Helen loved her family and life overall. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Helen was the beloved wife of the late Victor Maidrand. She was the devoted mother of Kathleen Loughlin, John Maidrand and his wife Grace and the late Patricia Hunt and Richard Maidrand. Helen was the mother in law of William Hunt and the cherished grandmother of Lisa, John and Michael Loughlin and Danielle and Lauren Maidrand. She was the loving great grandmother of 9 and the dear sister of the late Robert, Catherine, Anna, Thomas and Marie. She was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Saturday at 10am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Helen's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 11am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Friday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
