Helen M. Silvestro

Helen M. Silvestro of Reading, formerly of the West End of Boston passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 12, 2020. She was 95 years of age.

Born on October 1, 1925 in Boston, Helen is the loving daughter of the late Gaetano and Concetta (Giubilo) Silvestro. Helen is a warm, kind and caring daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

Helen is the dear sister of Ann Strazzere and her late husband Frank, John Silvestro and his wife Flora and the late Salvatore Silvestro, Joseph Silvestro and Camille Ferrante. She is the beloved aunt of Joanne Allen & her husband Jack, George Strazzere and his wife Karen, Guy Strazzere and his wife Lynn, Manny Ferrante, Rosina Ferrante, Corrine Silvestro, John Michael Silvestro and his wife Karen and Guy S. Silvestro. The cherished great aunt of Stefanie, Kim and Jillian Strazzere, Kathleen Kanaan and her husband Ali, Michael Strazzere, Marissa and Amanda Allen, Helen is the devoted great great aunt of Amira and Ali. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

A Funeral Mass Celebrating Helen's Eternal Life was held on Tuesday, Dec. 15th (TODAY) at 10:30am in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading.
