Ida E. Aquila of Stoneham, passed away on Sunday April 22, 2007 at the Emerson Hospital in Concord.
Born in Dorchester, Ida was the loving daughter of the late Joseph Aquila and Frances (Marchetti) Aquila. Ida was a warm and caring daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Ida was a dedicated employee for Curley & Curley as a legal secretary for many years. She loved to read and do crossword puzzles.
Ida was the dear sister of Mary V. Aquila of Stoneham, Jessie Ferrante of Quincy and the late Joanne Repucci and Ann Gould. She was also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
A Funeral Mass celebratring Ida's life will be held on Wednesday at 11am in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend one hour of visitation prior to the Mass from 10:00am-11:00am in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM. Parking attendants will be on duty.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Ida may be made to The Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal St. Watertown, MA 02472.
