Jacob Daniel "Jake" Cabral

Jacob Daniel Cabral of Wakefield passed away on Monday, April 25, 2022. He is 26 years of age.

Born on Friday, December 1, 1995 in Cambridge, Jacob is the beloved son of Ricardo Cabral and Ana (Vieira) Cabral. Jacob is a kind, warm, gentle and loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend who will be truly missed.

In his very short 26 years, Jake lived his life to the fullest the best he could. Jake was the happiest person you'd ever meet – always had the most positive outlook on life despite his health limitations or concerns. Never complained, just moved forward through all of his obstacles. Jake was an avid coin collector and had a passion for high-end sneakers and designer clothes. You would often see Jake marketing his personal car detailing business, Lakeside Detailing, on social media. He was meticulous in his car detailing and put in 110% with each job resulting in a thriving small business he created for himself.

Jake loved family gatherings and enjoyed going out with his close friends. Jake was a loving light in so many lives –not just his family and friends, but to many doctors and nurses he had built relationships with throughout the years. It would not be uncommon to hear, "Jake is an amazing kid!" because he truly was. He was a warrior that fought every battle he faced and a hero for never giving up and keeping the Faith.

Jacob is the big brother and best friend of Kyle and Ethan Cabral. The cherished grandson of Natalia Cabral and her late husband Jose Luis and the late Carlos Vieira and his late wife Arminda, Jacob is also lovingly survived by his dog Maya and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday, April 29th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Jacob's Life in Saint Patrick Church, 71 Central Street Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with Jacob's Family on Thursday, April 28th from 4-7pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available. Interment Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield.
