James M. DiGiulio of Stoneham passed away on Friday February 21, 2020 at Mass General Hospital in Boston. He was 35 years of age.
At the age of 2 James was adopted by his maternal aunt Joan DiGiulio and her husband Dan Kilburn who loved and nurtured him along with his older brother Cosmo who lovingly shared his room, toys and mischievous antics. James and Cosmo grew up like twin brothers and were inseparable for most of their young life. He is the loving biological son of Maria DiGiulio Noveska. James is the caring older brother of Bernice, Brianna, Sophia and Vanessa. He is the proud cousin of Edward and Tracey DiGiulio and the nephew of Eddie DiGiulio. James is the father of Dominic DiGiulio, who he missed tremendously. He is the stepson of Chris DiGangi and Stan Noveska. He is the biological son of Jimmy Tufts.
James was a talented and dedicated terrazzo mason for Local 3 Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers. James was a warm, humorous and lovable man. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM on Friday, February 28th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating James' Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with James' Family on Thursday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
Burial will be at his grandparents' grave site at a later date.
