James A. Gregory

James A. Gregory of Stoneham passed away at his home on Monday, November 17th, 2025. He is 93 years of age.

Born on Wednesday, August 17, 1932 in Pittsfield, James is the loving son of the late James Gregory and Ann (Brady) Gregory. James is a warm, kind, gentle & loyal son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend who will be deeply missed.

James was very involved at Saint Patrick Church in Stoneham. He was a parishioner at the church for over 50 years. James traveled all over the world with his wife Therese. They visited Jerusalem, Madjugorje Portugal, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and the Vatican.  James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, being honorably discharged as a Sergeant.

James is the beloved husband of the late Therese (Gillis) Gregory. He is the devoted father of Therese Good and her husband Michael and Jim Gregory and his wife Apryl. The cherished papa of Julianne Gregory, Taylor Rothbauer, Gregory Good, Brian Good and Colleen Good, James is the doting great grandfather of Jack, Fiona, twins Liam and Jameson & Audrey. He is the dear brother of the late Clarence Gregory, Eddie Gregory and Ann Lundbohn. James is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Although his physical presence is no longer with us, James will continue to live in the hearts of those who loved him, and the memories made with him will be remembered and shared for generations to come. He is now able to breathe freely, laugh with his brothers and sister, and walk hand in hand with Therese once again.
