James Devlin Thabet, of Reading passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was 19 years of age.
James was a lifelong resident of Reading. He attended Reading schools and was a 2016 graduate of Reading Memorial High School. James loved music. He loved to hang out with his friends and watch the Patriots games together. When he was with his friends he was the funniest person in the room. He always made everyone laugh. He played many sports. His favorite sport was playing pickup basketball. James was a loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. His smile reflected the many friendships he has made. He will be missed by all.
James was the loving son of Khaire Thabet and Sheila (Clegg) Thabet. He was the cherished twin brother of Cary Thabet. Devoted grandson of John Clegg and the late Kathleen (Devlin) Clegg. James was the nephew of John F. Clegg and his wife Louisa, Eileen Bruckner and her late husband Mark, and James Clegg and his wife Glaucia. He is also survived by many loving cousins, relatives, friends and his best friend Mo Janga.

A Funeral Mass Celebrating James' Eternal Life will be held on Friday July 28th at 10am in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham. Please go directly to church.
