Janice L. Campano passed away on Monday, November 4th, 2024.  Born in Stoneham, she is the loving daughter of the late Henry and Hilda (Rego) Bacon and devoted mother of Paul Campano of Boston.

A proud lifelong resident of Somerville.  Janice took great pride in her home and was devoted to her family and son.  She was a lover of animals and knew every dog in the neighborhood.  She was also a very talented poet.  Being deeply spiritual, Janice had a strong faith and said prayers daily.  She is a loving mother, sister and friend to many.  Janice will be deeply missed by all those who loved her.

Janice is the loving sister of Joan Caputo of Somerville and beloved aunt of Salvatore and his wife Amy of Dracut, Grace, Angela and her husband Dave of Chelmsford, and Donna. She was also a loving great aunt to Owen, Samantha, Ellen, Adam and Christina.  Janice also leaves her beloved cat Pippa.

Family and friends are cordially invited to visiting hours at the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., North Reading (Corner of Park St. and Rt. 28 at the Reading Line) on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 from 5 to 7pm.

Interment will be held privately.
