Janis M. Wozniak

Janis M. (Giuggio) Wozniak of Stoneham passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at the Mass General Hospital.
Born in Boston, Janis was the daughter of Maria (Giannato) Giuggio and the late Michael A. Giuggio. Janis was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be missed by all. Janis's family meant everything to her, her children and her grandson were her first priority.
Janis was a waitress at Gaetano's Restaurant in Stoneham for 15 years. She was well known by working as a waitress, working at Shaw's Supermarket and from socializing at Dunkin Donuts in Redstone Plaza. Janis was well liked and put a smile on everybody's face.
Janis was the beloved wife of Anthony R. Wozniak with whom she would have shared 34 years of marriage in May. She was the devoted mother of Danielle Wozniak of Stoneham and Anthony E. Wozniak and his wife Tara of Wakefield. Janis was the cherished grandmother of Joseph Anthony Wozniak. She was the dear sister of Joanne Romano and her husband Louis, Michele Vozzella and her husband Charles all of Stoneham. Loving Aunt of Michael Romano and his wife Roseann of Boston, Michael Vozzella, Jenna Vozzella both of Stoneham. Great Aunt of Mikayla and Antonio Romano of Boston.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM on Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Janis' Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Wednesday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
