Jeanne Marie (Martin) Fewtrell, beloved wife of Stephen Fewtrell, passed away on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 in Baltimore, Maryland, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Somerville, Massachusetts, she is the loving daughter of the late Edward and Claire (Bowen) Martin.

Jeanne grew up in Medford and was a graduate of Medford High School.  She married her husband Stephen where they lived in Malden, MA and and later moved to Wilmington, MA.  Jeanne worked as an executive assistant for many years, until her retirement from Continental Resources, Inc. in Bedford, MA.

After retirement, Jeanne and Stephen moved to Bel Air, Maryland to be closer to their daughter and grandchildren.  Jeanne enjoyed golfing, watching HGTV, and traveling.  Jeanne's greatest joy was being with her family; she will be deeply missed.

In addition to being the loving wife of Stephen for 36 years, she is the devoted mother of Denise Hogarth and her husband Charles.  Cherished grandmother of Devin Smallman, Sydney Hogarth and Kendall Hogarth.  Loving sister of Beverly Poitrast and her husband Steve, the late Edward Martin, Earl Martin and his fiancé Shelley McCullough. She is the beloved aunt of Jason, John, Michelle, Cam, Earl Jr., and Crystal.

Family and friends are cordially invited to visiting hours at the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., North Reading (Corner of Rt. 28 and Park St. at the Reading Line) on Friday, July 14th, 2023 from 4 to 8pm.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the Cota Funeral Home on Saturday, July 15th, 2023 at 11:00am.  Interment to follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
