Jeanne T. (Picot) Lynch of Reading, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Winchester Hospital. She was 86 years of age.
Jeanne grew up in Stoneham and was educated in Stoneham Public Schools. She was married in 1949 to the late John T. Lynch in St. Patrick Church. Later moving to Reading, Jeanne worked at St. Agnes School Thrift Store and she ran several school activities there. A well know antique dealer in Rowley, Jeanne loved to dance, especially to big band music. She was always the life of the party.
Jeanne was the devoted mother of John T. Lynch, IV, James T. Lynch and his wife Kathleen, Janice T. Angelini and her husband William, Julie T. Kuliopulos and her husband Christos. She was the cherished grandmother of Jennifer McIntyre, TJ Lynch, James Lynch, Kelly Williams, Haley Angelini, William Angelini, III and Colson Kuliopulos. Jeanne was the loving great grandmother of 5 and the daughter of the late Charles Picot and Agatha (DeGrace) Picot.
A Funeral Service Celebrating Jeanne's Eternal Life will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 10am in the Chapel of the Doherty – Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 4-7pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and handicapped entrance are available. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
