Jessica (Rickard) Coorey

Jessica (Rickard) Coorey, of Stoneham, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2021. She was 39 years old.

Jessica leaves behind her loving husband Jay and their 4 year old daughter Madelyn. Jessica is also survived by her parents Robert and Victoria Rickard, her sisters Jennifer and her husband Chris, Melanie, Nicole and her husband Bill, Katelyn and Megan, and her brother Bobby, and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dearest friend Rebecca.

Born and raised in Stoneham, Jessica was a graduate of Stoneham High School, class of 1999. She received her Master's degree in Psychology from UMass Boston, and went on to devote her life towards helping others. Of all her accomplishments, being a mom brought her the greatest joy. She loved being a mother more than anything. Jessica loved making memories with family and friends, having Sunday dinners at her parents house. She loved camping and lake life, and making special memories with her husband, daughter and their fur baby Cody. Jessica had a smile that would light up a room. She loved anything to do with cooking or baking, and you could always count on her to be willing to try a new recipe. While Jessica will be deeply missed, she will be in our hearts and memories always and forever.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Saturday February 20th in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM from 12 pm to 2 pm. Parking attendants and elevator available. Due to state regulations for Covid-19, a mask is required at all times while in the funeral home and up to 40% capacity will be allowed in the funeral home at one time.
