BEAUDOIN, John F. of Reading, July 30, 2012 at age 91. Beloved husband for 63 years of the late June F. (Doran) Beaudoin. Devoted father of John F. Beaudoin, Jr. and his wife Sandra of Wakefield, James S. Beaudoin and his wife Sally of Woburn, Joanne Beaudoin of Billerica, Janice E. Marden and her husband Herb of Wilmington, Daniel A. Beaudoin of Methuen. Cherished grandfather of 14 and great grandfather of several great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Arthur Beaudoin, Francis Beaudoin, Gertrude Beaudoin and Mary Merrill. Loving son of the late Arthur Beaudoin and Johanna (Leary) Beaudoin. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Retired Police Chief, Town of Reading. US Army Veteran, WW II serving in the South Pacific in Guadalcanal. Recipient of Bronze Star and Purple Heart. Funeral from the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING Friday at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating John's Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10:30am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Thursday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available.
