John Blomquist born 1/13/1999 left this world suddenly on 11/25/2023 .

He had a wonderful smile and great sense of adventure. John loved listening to music, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. He was a gifted writer and proud recipient of the Boston Globe poetry award 2017. In High school John enjoyed wrestling, cross country and anything having to do with water activities.

John Blomquist is survived by his father Lawrence Blomquist, mother Kerry Blomquist and his loving siblings Brett, Juliet, Colton and Trevor Blomquist.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation in the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St., (corner of Park St. and Rte. 28), NORTH READING at Reading line on Saturday, Dec. 2nd from 3-5pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in John's memory  to bbrfoundation.org in an attempt to further mental health research .
