John F. "Jack" Kelley

Jack "John" Kelley, of Stoneham, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 25th, 2024. He was 95 years of age.

Jack was the beloved husband of the late Rita (Hooper) Kelley of Stoneham and father to the late Jack Kelley.  He is survived by his son, James Kelley and his wife, Beverly, of Newburyport, and his son, Tom Kelley, and his wife Susie, of Bath, England.  He was a loving grandfather to Megan Kelley and Cal Nowell-Kelley, and his wife, Emily.  Jack was the brother of the late Edmund Kelley, of Wakefield, Ma.

Jack worked at The Atlantic Gelatin in Woburn as a Maintenance Supervisor for 30 years, retiring in 1989. He was also proud to work as the Plumbing and Gas Inspector for the town of Stoneham until the age of 83. He was a well-respected member of The Meadow Brook Golf Club for 58 years becoming an honorary member in 2013.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM on Friday August 2nd 2024 at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating John's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. 

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Thursday August 1st, 2024 from 4 pm to 8 pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and elevator available.
