John J. Fasciano

John J. "Jack" Fasciano of Reading passed away on Friday, September 3, 2004 at his home in Reading. He was 67 years of age.
Mr. Fasciano was a 1954 graduate of Somerville High School and a 1959 graduate of Salem State Teacher's College. He received a Masters of Education from Boston State College in 1964.
Jack was a Reading resident for 41 years. For 32 years, Mr. Fasciano taught in the Reading Public School System, with 30 of those years at Coolidge Middle School. Mr. Fasciano coached Reading Youth Baseball and Basketball. He was a longtime member of the St. Athanasius choir. Jack was the sales manager at City Cycle in Stoneham for 20 years.
Mr. Fasciano enjoyed his family, worldwide travel, bike riding, exercising and gardening.
Jack was the beloved husband of Sara (Ault) Fasciano. He was the devoted father of Christopher Fasciano and his wife Becca, Andrea Dardis and her husband Chris, Maria Walsh and her husband David J. Jack was the cherished grandfather of 9 and the dear brother of William Fasciano, Marie Fitzgerald, Janet Carey and the late Edward and Robert Fasciano.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 am in St. Athanasius Church 300 Haverhill St. READING. Interment Charles Lawn Memorial Park, Reading.
