John Peter Fucci, 88, of Charleston, SC, formerly of Stoneham, Massachusetts passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2019.
John was born in Malden, Massachusetts on June 29th, 1931 to Charles A. and Bertha M. (Stackhouse) Fucci.
John worked as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service for 32 years. He enjoyed bowling, yard work, and spending time with his family. (We will miss our daily weather reports)
John is survived by his children Joyce of Summerville, SC, Daniel of Raiford, FL, and Christine (Al) Freeman of Charleston, SC, as well as fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his dear sisters Patricia "Pat/Patty" Conway of Melrose, MA, Theresa (Barry) Pease of Falmouth, MA, and much loved sister-in-law Jessamine "Jessie" Fucci F Newton, MA.
He was heartbroken to be preceded in death by his beloved bride of 62 years, Whilmina "Billie" J. Fucci, and his children, Linda M., John C., and James W. Fucci.
