John P. Holland of Reading passed away on June 28, 2015 at the age of 64.
Born on August 12, 1950 in Medford, John was the son of the late John and Jean Holland. He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years Patricia and his loving children Barbara and her husband Dennis, Gregory, Josh and Christina. He was the best Papa ever to his dearest Michele, Ashley, Shane, Stan and Violet. John was the brother of Paul Nelson, Stephen Holland and Barbara Bevilacqua. John also leaves many wonderful nieces and nephews.
John was the Chief of Police for the Boston and Maine Railroad (Retired).
A Mass celebrating John's Eternal Life will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:30am in Saint Agnes Church, 186 Woburn Street, Reading.
