John J. Lehane

April 23, 1935 — February 15, 2016

John J. Lehane, 80, of Kennebunkport, Maine, formerly of Somerville and Medford passed away on February 15, 2016, following a brief illness.

Born in County Cork, Ireland. Former member of Laborers Local 22. Beloved husband of Agnes A. (Murphy), son of the late Patrick and Catherine (Shea) of Ireland. Survived by siblings: Jeremiah and Paul of England and Mary Hanley of Ireland. John is also survived by his children: Paul (Sandra) of Haverhill, Catherine DelloRusso (Francis) of Stoneham, Maureen (Steven Olivieri) of Fall River, Jack (Karen Yarasitis) of Billerica and Carol Murray (Michael) of NH. Also survived by seven grandchildren.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Tuesday, at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating John's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Monday from 4-8 pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Internment St. Patrick Cemetery, Stoneham.
