John J. Primo of Stoneham, formerly of Somerville, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2007 at Brigham and Woman's Hospital. He was 64 years of age.
Born in Boston, John was the beloved son of Jennie (Casissi) Primo and the late James Primo. John was a warm and caring son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, nephew and friend.
He will be remembered as a man who "lived his life with friendship and love for all" and touched the lives of everyone he met. He will be sadly missed.
John was the former owner of Primo's Restaurant in Woburn. He was a very caring man and would do anything you asked of him.
John was the beloved father of Jay Primo, and Jill Kearney and her husband Matt. He was the devoted brother of Anthony Primo and his wife Sandra and his lifelong business partner and loving brother, the late James Primo. He was the cherished grandfather of Mackenzie, Sam and Casey Kearney. John was also lovingly survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating John's life in Saint Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment St. Michael's Cemetery, Roslindale.
