Grandfather of Trevor and Naomi. Funeral Service in the Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 3rd at 3pm. Relatives and friends may visit at the Funeral Home Saturday 1-3pm. Interment private. Joe graduated from Columbia College and attended Georgetown Medical School. He enjoyed spending as much time as possible at his home in Crystal River, FL. Joe enjoyed the outdoors, loved spending time at the ocean watching the manatees, dolphins and birds of all shapes and sizes.
