Josephine (D'Agostino) Masiello of Stoneham passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2011 Epoch of Melrose. She was 107 years of age.
Josephine was the daughter of the late Antonio and Pasqualine (Ancone) D'Agostino. Josephine was a warm and caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Josephine was a member of Mt. Carmel Parish in East Boston, St. Lazus Parish of East Boston, was the President of Companion Forest of America from 1959-1963 and a member of the Stoneham Senior Center.
Devoted wife of the late Sebastian Masiello. Beloved mother of Dominic Masiello of Stoneham and the late Roseann Masiello. Cherished grandmother of 3, great grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Emily Grande of Florida, Malfloa Franco of Lexington and the late Mary Pisello, Jennie Rafelle, Angelo D'Agostino and Theresa Giodono.
Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Josephine's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10 am. Parking attendants will be available.
