Kathleen F. "Kathy" (Kelly) Breen of Lynn, formerly of Stoneham, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2007 at her home. She was 66 years of age.
Born in Stoneham, Kathy was the loving daughter of the late John Kelly and Marion (Corton) Kelly. Kathy was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Kathy was a dedicated Investment Broker for New England Life Insurance for 35 years. She was proud to be a cancer survivor for 17 years. Kathy was loved by all people she worked with and met throughout her life.
Kathy was the beloved wife for 22 years of Daniel J. Breen. She was the sister of the late Beverly Ann Newcomb. Kathy was the niece of the late Teresa Haney and god daughter of the late Emmy Lynch. Kathy was survived by Mary, Patsy and Paul Holmes, Charles, Sandra, John and Mary Haney, Francis, Henry, Cynthia, Mary Beth and Nancy Roach, Jackie and Maureen Corton and family, John F. Breen Jr. and his wife Mimi and their son, John F. Breen and his wife Jackie and Michael J. Breen.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Kathy's life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Thursday, 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty.
