Kathleen M. Carey

Kathleen M. Carey, of Stoneham formerly of Somerville, passed away on Friday December 13, 2024. She was 70 years of age. 

Kathy was a wonderful person.  She loved being on stage.  She started her career with the Saint Catherine’s Minstral shows.  She then went on to star in many of the Somerville Players Theater Group productions.  Kathy loved to travel from going to the Caribbean and Las Vegas.  She loved sitting outside by the pool with her mother and neighbors during the summer.  We will all miss Kathy tremendously.

Kathleen is the beloved daughter of the late James and Katherine (Bolduc) Carey. She is the dear sister of Christopher J. Carey. She is the step sister of Jean Higgins and her husband George, Barbara Jones and her husband David and Elaine LeTourneau and her husband David Dyer.  Kathy enjoyed being with her family.  She is also survived by many loving cousins and many very close friends.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories of Kathleen on Friday, December 20, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:00 in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM followed by a service at the funeral home at 10:00a.m.
