Kenneth M. Loughman of Stoneham passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Woburn Nursing Center. He was 83 years of age.
Born on January 28, 1934 in Cambridge, Kenneth was the loving son of the late John Loughman and Mary (Hurley) Loughman. Kenneth was a warm and caring son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Kenneth was a loyal and loving family man. His family meant everything to him. During the Korean War, Kenneth proudly defended our freedom by serving as a Sergeant in the United States Army.
Kenneth was the beloved husband of Patricia (Lee) Loughman. He was the devoted father of Michael Loughman and his wife Susan and Timothy Loughman and his wife Susan. The cherished grandfather of Jordan, Paige, Teague and Raleigh, Kenneth was the dear brother of Joan Loughman, Kevin Loughman and the late John, Mary, Betty, Donald and Patricia. He was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Saturday, March 11th at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Kenneth's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the Family on Friday, March 10th from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and elevator are available.
