Kristine (Beardsell) Bishop of Wakefield, formerly of Stoneham passed away on Monday June 17, 2002 at Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston. She was 56 years of age.
Daughter of the late William and Helen (Swanson) Beardsell, Kristine was born in Winchester. She was a graduate of Peabody High School and School of Cosmetology. She was employed as a Home Health Aide for North Metropolitan Health Aid Services in Wakefield. Kristine loved to cook, being her number one hobby. She also enjoyed gardening and working as a home health aide.
Her family, especially her grandchildren, were first and foremost in her life.
She was the wife of Richard Bishop, mother of Leah Bishop and Amy Bishop and grandmother of Joshua and Emily. She was the sister of William Beardsell of Florida, Sandy Beardsell of Reading and Robert Beardsell of Weymouth.
A Prayer Service will be held in the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RTE. 28) STONEHAM on Friday, June 21st at 6:30 p.m.with Deacon Bob Turner of St. Patrick's Church officiating. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours Friday 4-7 p.m.
