Schlenker, Lena Geissler –Of Lynnfield, May, 25. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Schlenker. Lena came to the US in 1961 and worked at Transitron in Danvers for many years. Lena enjoyed gardening, pets and children. Lena had a substantial connection to her German heritage and had many German friends in the area. Lena was a very strong woman that always kept very active but mostly she enjoyed taking long walks around Pillings Pond in Lynnfield. Lena was very thankful for the nurses and staff at All Care Hospice in Lynn. At the request of Lena all her services were privately held.
