Linda V. Timperley of Medford formerly of Stoneham passed away on Monday, July 14, 2008 at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. She was 48 years of age.
Born in Winchester, Linda was the loving daughter of the late Francis and Ruth (Scott) Timperley. Linda was a warm and caring mother, grandmother, fiance, sister, niece and friend who will be sorely missed.
Linda loved being with her family and her grandson Xavier. Linda was a 1978 Graduate of Stoneham High School. Linda loved animals, especially cats. She loved to knit and crochet. Linda loved baseball especially the Red Sox. She enjoyed watching television and old movies.
Linda was the Beloved mother of Lisa Cincotta of Lawrence. Linda was the Cherished grandmother of Xavier Cincotta of Lawrence. She was the Beloved fiance of Sal Benenato of Medford. Dear sister of Kenneth Timperley, Elizabeth Guptill and her husband Jim all of NH and Robert Timperley and his wife Jean of GA. Devoted Niece of Edna Scott of Braintree.
A Funeral Service celebrating Linda's life will be held on Friday at 11 am in the Chapel of the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street, STONEHAM. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours, Thursday 4-7 pm. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
