Loretta A. Boudreau

Loretta A. Boudreau, of Reading, passed away on Thursday August 12, 2021. She was 75 years of age.

Born in Malden, Loretta was the loving daughter of the late Clifford and Ida (Cotreau) Boudreau. Loretta was a member of the Reading Catholic Daughters for many years. She did a lot of behind the scenes work for the Reading Knights of Columbus Council 1031.

Loretta was very crafty. She loved to crochet and make quilts. For many years she made pillow cases at Children's Hospital and Shriners hospital for all the children. She had a loving demeanor about her and was very much a perfectionist.

Loretta was the beloved sister of Thomas Boudreau, Alice Cotreau and her husband Donald, Robert Boudreau and his wife Susan, and Alvin Boudreau and his wife Yvonne. She was the dear aunt of Pamela Remsen and her husband Thomas, Mark Cotreau and his wife Janice, Elizabeth Cotreau, Ryan Boudreau, Curtis Boudreau and his wife Rachel and Michelle Samuelson and her husband Ryan. She was the great aunt of 3.

Funeral from the Doherty Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING on Tuesday August 17th, 2021 at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Loretta's Eternal Life in St. Agnes Church 186 Woburn St. Reading at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share her memories with the family on Monday August 16th, 2021 from 4 pm to 7 pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and elevator available.
