Louise A. (Cicatelli) Chipman of Bourne, formerly of Scituate passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Bourne Manor in Bourne. She was 88 years of age.
Born on October 8, 1929 in Somerville, Louise was the loving daughter of the late Martin J. Cicatelli and Margaret (Puppo) Cicatelli. Louise was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Louise was an avid bingo player. She enjoyed singing and participating in plays. Louise loved to go fishing and doing crafts. She especially liked painting, wood burning and sewing. She loved her family. They were first and foremost in her life.
Louise is the beloved wife of the late Arthur W. Chipman. She is the devoted mother of Debra Lanigan her husband Kenneth and her twin brother Douglas Chipman and his wife Elizabeth, Doreen Baggs and her husband Harold, Donna Chipman and David Chipman and his wife Karen. Louise is the cherished grandmother of 10 and the loving great grandmother of 7. The dear sister of the late Martin J. Cicatelli, Louise is the caring sister in law of Florence Cicatelli and the aunt of Steven L. Cicatelli and his partner Peter E. Lannan, Thomas M. Cicatelli and his wife Joanie and Diane M. LeBlanc and her husband Daniel.
A Graveside Ceremony will be held on Thursday, January 25th at 11:30 at the VA Massachusetts National Veteran's Cemetery in Bourne.
