Louise M. Demarchi

August 21, 1917 — September 2, 2006

Louise M. (Sacco) DeMarchi, 89, widow of Francis T. DeMarchi, died at the Life Care Center in Stoneham on Saturday, September 2, after a courageous battle with cancer.





Born in East Boston, the daughter of Briscoe and Mary Ann (Nugent) Sacco, Mrs. DeMarchi moved into her house in Stoneham on her wedding day in 1941. She leaves her daughters, Karen L. Rotondi of Wakefield and Jane R. Lucia of Bedford, New Hampshire, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of Rose Anzalone of Saugus, Helen Giorgio of Melrose, Frank (Kelly) Sacco of Agawam and the late Jerome (Jerry) Sacco of Winthrop, founder of Caruso's Sporting Goods Store in East Boston.





Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Thursday at 9am followed by Funeral Mass celebrating Louise's life in St Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave. Wakefield at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-7pm. Interment Old Mount Calvary in Boston.
