Lucille H. (Sorenson) Cater of Medford, June 25, 2011 at age 82. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Cater. Devoted mother of Robert Cater and his late wife Danielle of Medford, Carol Macomber and her husband Glenn of Reading, John Cater and his wife Candia of FL and the late Stephen Cater. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey, Daniel, Shawn, Glenn and Kathleen. Dear sister of Marie Leonard and her late husband Thomas of Lowell and the late Neil Sorenson. Loving daughter of the late Neils and Gertrude R. (Scirappa) Sorenson. Also survived by 4 nieces and 1 nephew.



Funeral from the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING Thursday at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Lucille's Eternal Life in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St., Reading at 10:30 am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Wednesday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home.
