Mabel ("Kim") Bing-You, age 100, formally of Boston and Brookline, died peacefully of natural causes in Wilmington, MA on February 2, 2015. Mabel was born in Boston, daughter of the late Lee (Shee) and Joe Bing-You. She was the beloved sister of Paul, David, Frank, George, William, Grace, Harry and Thomas, all of whom predeceased her. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. After completing high school, Mabel became a medical technician and worked at the Boston Evening Clinic where she assisted many Chinese patients in translating their medical needs. She also worked at the former Boston Edison Company in the medical department for 21 years where she loved assisting employees and made close friends until she retired in 1986. She was known as 'Kim' to many of her friends and colleagues. Mabel loved spending time with her family, reading, gardening, cooking, sewing, playing scrabble and completing her beloved crossword puzzles. A remembrance for family and friends will be scheduled in the near future.
