Margaret J. Dimartino

Margaret J. (Meuse) DiMartino of Stoneham passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Wilmington Health Care Center. She was 100 years of age.



Born in Woburn on June 6, 1910, Margaret was the daughter of the late Mary A. (Doucette) Meuse and Norman Meuse. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, Stoneham and also a member of Our Lady of Sodality at St. Patrick Church. Margaret was the former President of Stoneham VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She loved country music. Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed by all.



Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale DiMartino. She was the devoted mother of Patricia Surette and her husband James of E. Braintree, Joann Deyo and her husband James of VA, Margaret "Peggy" McKenna and her late husband John of Stoneham, Paul DiMartino and his late wife Lil of N. Reading. Cherished grandmother of 17, great grandmother of 27 and great great grandmother of 8. Predeceased by 4 brothers and 4 sisters. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.



Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Monday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Peggy's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Sunday from 2-6pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
