Margaret L. (Murphy) Gaskill

Margaret L. (Murphy) Gaskill, of Reading, passed away on July 18, 2015 at age 84. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was an employee of the Town of Reading. She worked Reading High School and then the Killiam School. Margaret previously was a long time employee of Atlantic Food Market.

Margaret was the devoted mother of Ann Marie MacDonald and her husband Paul, Patricia L. Denbow, Richard S. Gaskill, Robert J. Gaskill and his wife Diane, Margaret M. Gaskill, Catherine M. Gaskill and the late Claire F. Bezada and her husband the late Dario. She is the cherished grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 17. Margaret is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew F. Murphy. She is the dear sister of Andrew F. Murphy, Jr. and the late James, Murphy, William Murphy, Leo Murphy and Mary Bennett. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service Celebrating Margaret's Eternal Life will be held on Thursday, July 23rd, 2015 at 7:30pm in the Doherty-Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden Street READING. Visitation with the family will be held prior to the service from 4-8pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and ramped entrance available.
