Margaret C. Hubbard

Margaret C. "Sis" (Dulong) Hubbard, lifelong resident of Reading passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2006 at Peter Sanborn Place in Reading. She was 89 years of age.
Born in Reading, Sis was the loving daughter of the late Louis Dulong and Olive (Turner) Dulong. Sis was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be sadly missed.
Sis was a dedicated homemaker. Her family was first and foremost in her life. She volunteered at the Town Election Polls. She was a census taker for the Town Of Reading. Sis was a member of the American Legion and VFW Ladies Auxilliary. She was formerly employed at Lawson Tool and Die in Malden.
Sis was the beloved wife of the late Herman L. Hubbard. She was the devoted mother of Dorothy Gallagher of New Hampshire, Robert Jenney of North Reading, David P. Jenney of Melrose, Steven Hubbard of North Reading, Rachel W. Hubbard of Pennsylvania and the late Karen Kendig. Sis was the cherished grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 18.
A Funeral Service celebrating Sis' life will be held on Thursday at 11am in the Chapel of the Joseph Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours prior to the Service from 9-11am. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot located behind Atlantic Supermarket on Haven St. Interment Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading.
