Margaret K. (Lyons) Ryan

Margaret K. (Lyons) Ryan formerly of Stoneham, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Rosscommon Extended Care Center in Boston. She was 89 years of age.

Born on November 1, 1924, Margaret was the loving daughter of the late Richard M. and Margaret M. (Emerson) Lyons. Margaret was a warm and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Paul F. Ryan. She was the devoted mother of Paul R. Ryan and his wife Judith, Stephen P. Ryan and his wife Susan and Kathleen M. Douglass. Margaret was the cherished grandmother of John, Michael, Andrew, Melissa, Kara and Colleen. The loving great grandmother of Nathanial and Jacqueline, she was also the dear sister of the late Sarah Redmond. Margaret was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday, November 8, 2013 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Margaret's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 5-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants and handicapped elevator are available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
