Marguerite L. (Jones) Sullivan of Harrisville, RI formerly of Reading, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009. She was 84 years of age.





Born in Reading, Marguerite was the loving daughter of the late Marguerite (Halloran) Jones and William F. Jones. Marguerite was a warm and caring wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be sorely missed.





Marguerite was an active member of St. Agnes Prayer Group.





Beloved wife of John W. Sullivan. Devoted mother of Jeannine Petrucci of ME, Maureen F. Higgins of RI, Paul F. Sullivan of ME, Gerald G. Sullivan of Winchester, Diane M. McCarthy of Haverhill, Cheryl A. Deyarmond of NH and the late John W. Sullivan, Jr. Cherished grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Paul F. Jones of Reading, Daniel Jones of Tewksbury, George Clattenburg of Ashland, Paul Clattenburg of CA and the late William F. Jones, Robert P. Jones, Dorothy Keaton, Sister Mary Aelred, CSJ, Charles Clattenburg and Robert Clattenburg. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.





Visiting hours for both Marguerite and her sister, Sr. Mary Aelred, CSJ will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 pm in the Doherty - Barile Family Funeral Home, 11 Linden St. READING. Parking is available in the municipal parking lot on Linden St. A Funeral Mass honoring both Marguerite and Sr. Mary Aelred will be held on Thursday at 10 am in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St. READING . Sr. Mary Aelred's interment will be immediately following at Calvary Cemetery, Woburn.
