Marie A. (Callaghan) Bohling

Marie A. (Callaghan) Bohling, of Stoneham, passed away on Saturday September 18, 2021 She was 93 years of age.

Born in Boston, Marie was the loving daughter of the late Albert and Anna (Cronin) Callaghan. Mare was a loving daughter, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Marie loved to paint. She enjoyed camping with her family on Lake Winnipesaukee. She was a medical secretary for many years at the New England Memorial Hospital in Stoneham. Above all, Marie loved spending time with her family.

Marie is the beloved wife of the late George P. Bohling. Devoted mother of Katherine A. Coughlin, Jeanne M. LoVertere and her husband Joseph, Stephen P. Bohling and his wife Sandra, Robert F. Bohling, Denise M. Weglinski and her husband Michael, Janice C. Creesy and her husband David, Paul J. Bohling, Anne Marie DeSantis and her husband Scott and the late John P. Bohling and his surviving wife Patricia. Loving grandmother of 19 and great grandmother of 12. Dear sister of the late John Callaghan and his surviving wife Lorraine and the late Margaret Ann Scott and her late husband Ronald. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM on Friday September 24, 2021 at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Marie's Eternal Life in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10 am. Interment Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Thursday September 23, 2021 from 4 pm to 8 pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants and elevator available.
